Djupsund is the first village in Maksamaa archipelago you reach when you drive in along the road from Kaitsor and Oxkangar. Here is the popular toboggan slope where the kids gather in the winter. In the crossing to Kvimo lies the community center. Here people meet for all kinds of events. You can rent the community center for a small fee. The hall fits around 40 people if you want to set the table for everyone. Chairs, tables and tableware can also be rented separately.
