Teugmo is one of the oldest villages in the municipality of Vöyri. As late as in the 1950’s the village was bustling, with many inhabitants in different groups of houses. Today it is the smallest village in Maksamaa archipelago. In the summer many come out to their summer cottages in the area.
In ”Byjin” up on the hill you can enjoy beautiful views and dream away to long lost times. Houses painted red and old stone walls line the road. If you continue on towards Långholmen you reach Teugmo marina and the residential areas.
